‘Elevate your flow’ class is for the dedicated yogis who wish to take their practice to the next level. A place to experiment and dive deeper into all aspects of Yoga - playing with more advanced asanas, breathings techniques, myofascial release, meditation and more. Starte schon um 17:30 Uhr mit Meditation und Pranayama, damit du bereits entspannt und gelassen bist, wenn der Lynnyasa Flow um 18:00 Uhr beginnt. Lynnyasa Flow is inspired by Vinyasa and offers a creative mix of Yin and Yang. You can expect a dynamic, powerful, yet relaxing practice that strengthens and stretches your muscles, improves your mobility, and enhances your flexibility. The focus is on connecting breath and movement, directing mindfulness inward, and consciously perceiving your own body. Lynn teaches with a lot of empathy and passion. Everyone is warmly welcome, regardless of their yoga experience and spirituality. Do you need a little more time to leave behind the stresses of everyday life and to arrive on the mat and within yourself? Do you prefer to start your yoga practice a bit more slowly? Begin at 5:30 pm with Meditation & Pranayama, ensuring you're already calm and relaxed when the Lynnyasa Flow begins at 6:00 pm.
